Planning & S&OP
Demand forecasting, supply planning, S&OP / IBP, scenario analysis, exception-based planning, and the operating cadence that turns plans into decisions.
Supply chain transformation · Solution architecture · AI-enabled operations
I am Nithin Jadhavmanohar, a solution architecture and transformation leader with 15+ years turning supply chain problems into scalable processes and systems across planning, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, and order management. I use Oracle where it fits and broader data, integration, automation, and AI where they create a better outcome—measured in effort, cycle time, operating cost, control, and decision quality.
My foundation is deep Oracle Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite expertise, but my work is not limited to software configuration. I start with the business problem: how planners decide, how inventory moves, how suppliers engage, where work is manual, and where handoffs, data gaps, or unnecessary complexity create delay, risk, effort, and cost.
From there, I connect process re-engineering, operating model decisions, solution architecture, data and integrations, implementation leadership, and continuous improvement. The result is a practical solution people can adopt, operate, and improve—with value measures built into the design, whether the solution is centered on Oracle, extends it with custom applications, or combines multiple technologies.
I combine domain depth with architecture and delivery leadership, so the future-state process, system design, data flow, and day-to-day operating model work together.
Demand forecasting, supply planning, S&OP / IBP, scenario analysis, exception-based planning, and the operating cadence that turns plans into decisions.
Inventory management, sourcing, purchasing, supplier collaboration, manufacturing, maintenance, and order management across connected workflows.
Capability mapping, future-state design, data and integration architecture, solution trade-offs, implementation governance, testing, and stabilization.
Value realization treated as an architecture requirement: simplify workflows, reduce manual effort and cycle time, control operating cost, and improve adoption.
Custom applications that combine language models, enterprise data, business rules, APIs, and tool integrations to support faster, better-informed decisions.
Executive alignment, practitioner workshops, cross-functional decision-making, transparent trade-offs, and hands-on support that builds adoption and trust.
Representative examples show a consistent pattern: own the end-to-end design, connect process and technology, and make value realization explicit.
I serve as the architecture and delivery owner for the move from fragmented spreadsheet planning toward integrated demand and supply planning, while also extending the operating model with AI-enabled custom applications.
Connect enterprise data, business logic, APIs, and language models to reduce manual investigation and put relevant answers and exceptions closer to the planner's workflow.
Led architecture for demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, and integrations with WMS, GTM, legacy, and third-party platforms.
At GE Power, lean redesigns reduced manual effort, cycle time, and operating cost, with selected initiatives delivering approximately $1M in annual savings. The broader approach is consistent: architecture is evaluated for measurable business value, not technology for its own sake.
Built expertise across inventory, manufacturing, maintenance, and planning while advising global implementations, resolving design and product issues, and creating automated troubleshooting flows at Oracle.
Each role added a layer: technical foundation, functional process depth, product expertise, client architecture, and ultimately end-to-end transformation ownership.
Own the solution architecture and delivery model for planning transformation, re-engineer demand and supply planning processes, lead cross-functional design and testing, and evaluate solution trade-offs across usability, control, scalability, delivery effort, and operating cost. Build custom AI applications for faster investigation and exception visibility.
Led procurement and planning architecture, directed Sourcing, Purchasing, and Supplier Portal modernization, designed complex WMS and GTM integrations, and guided programs through workshops, trade-off decisions, testing, deployment readiness, and stabilization.
Served as Lead Solution Architect for medical and lifestyle brands, translating planning requirements into cohesive process, application, data, and integration designs across cloud and on-premise environments.
Advised customers and implementation teams across Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Planning; helped stabilize global rollouts; partnered with Product Development; and created automated troubleshooting flows for Manufacturing Cloud.
Applied value-led solution design and lean methods to simplify Inventory, ASCP, Purchasing, and Order Management workflows, reduce manual effort and cycle time, and lower operating cost; selected initiatives delivered approximately $1M in annual savings.
Developed and supported supply chain applications for Johnson Controls, ACT, and Xerox across inventory, purchasing, order management, customizations, and integrations.
I build AI-enabled applications around a real operational question: What is at risk? Why did the plan change? Which SKU needs attention? What data supports the answer? The solution then connects the language model to the right data, business rules, APIs, and analytical tools.
Model Context Protocol (MCP) can be one integration pattern, but it is not the product story. The product story is a secure, useful workflow that reduces investigation time, improves visibility, and keeps a human in control of the decision.
Oracle is a major part of my toolkit, not the boundary of the solution.

I am interested in solution architecture, supply chain transformation, process improvement, AI-enabled operations, and leadership opportunities where business outcomes matter as much as the platform.
